THE ANATOMY OF SUICIDE is a brutal and moving drama that examines the biggest question of all: will we live or die?

Across three decades, we follow three generations of women – on stage they are peers – but we slowly understand that they are grandmother, mother, and daughter. They all have the urge to die, but where does it come from? Have they inherited it? And can they confront that inheritance and choose life and love instead?

 

Helle Fagralid and Nicolaj Kopernikus are on stage with a large cast of strong actors in a play that asks what we actually pass on to our children – genetically and socially?
